Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Paid Products
Raw2Rank may offer paid products such as:
- Full Typing Course (e.g. ₹49) — one-time, lifetime access
- Premium Membership (e.g. ₹99) — one-time, lifetime access as advertised
Prices and features shown at the time of purchase apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the successful payment.
- Refund may be considered if: payment was deducted but access was not activated due to a technical issue on our side, or duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- Refund is generally not given if: you simply changed your mind after accessing the content, or you completed substantial practice with the paid features.

3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at Raw2RankTyping@gmail.com or message on Telegram t.me/Raw2Rank with:
- Registered email / account used for payment
- Payment transaction ID / screenshot
- Reason for refund
We will review and respond within 3–5 working days.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank / UPI settlement time depends on your bank (usually 5–10 working days after we initiate).
5. Cancellation
Since access is lifetime after purchase, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the Service at any time. Free features remain available without payment.
